By creating an account or using Budify.uk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register or use the Service.

Age & Legal Status

By registering or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and a legal medical cannabis patient or an authorised individual under UK law.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content

Budify.uk maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abuse on our platform.

Users are prohibited from posting any of the following:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind
• Threats, intimidation, or bullying of other users
• Sexual or explicit content
• Content that promotes, depicts, or encourages illegal activity
• Spam, scams, or deceptive content
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Content that impersonates another person or entity
• Any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

Violations of this policy will result in immediate content removal and may result in permanent account banning without warning.

3. Reporting Objectionable Content

Every user-generated post, review, and message on Budify.uk includes a "Report" button. If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms, you can report it by:

1. Clicking the "Report" (flag) button next to the content
2. Selecting a reason for your report
3. Providing any additional details
4. Submitting the report

Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours of submission and will take appropriate action, which may include removing the content and banning the user responsible.

4. Blocking Users

You can block any user by clicking the "Block" button next to their content. Blocking a user immediately hides all of their content from your screen. Blocked users will not be notified that you have blocked them.

You can manage your blocked users list from your profile settings at any time.

5. Content Moderation & Enforcement

Budify.uk reserves the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms
• Remove content at our discretion, even if not explicitly listed above
• Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities

Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours. If the content is found to violate our policies, it will be removed and the offending user may be banned.

6. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post on Budify.uk. By posting content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your content does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party.

You grant Budify.uk a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Budify.uk is an independent review platform. We are not a medical provider and the content on this site is for informational purposes only. Always consult your doctor or a qualified medical professional before making decisions about medical cannabis treatment.

We are not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by any clinic, brand, or manufacturer reviewed on this platform.
