I have been with Alternaleaf for 18 months and they are wonderful. Knowledgable and kind. I have never had any issues.
Great clinic for patients that are experienced with cannabis.
I transferred from Airmed clinic due to poor service from the my dispensery pharmacy, paid for medication and took 8 days to arrive, I had to email in and ask for a copy of my prescription on every occasion. I moved to Medicann and found the transfer process easy, I had my consultation and the doctor listened to what I said, she accepted I was a experienced patient and agreed to no THC limit. She accepted I use around 30g a month, but allowed me a bit extra available for wiggle room on occasions as and when needed. I had my consultation at 1.30pm and MDT approval by 7pm. I placed my order and by 11am the next day I got my tracking number. The speed of service is the best I have had. Lots of choice for strains to choose from and the ordering process is easy and straightforward with a top class filter system. They have a wide range of prices and products. First impressions are excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Integro Clinics
June 2026
Moving from Lyphe to Integro Clinics has been a complete game-changer for my treatment. My monthly allowance has significantly increased, going from 30g to 80g, and I no longer feel restricted by rigid caps. I now have total autonomy over my medication, with the freedom to choose specific strains and pay for my prescriptions whenever it suits me. In my experience, the collaboration between Integro and IPS Pharma is seamless. The staff at both the clinic and the pharmacy are incredibly supportive and have resolved every query I've had without issue. One of the biggest highlights is their extensive formulary; the variety of strains available is massive compared to what I was used to. The only minor downside is the occasional wait time on the phone, which can sometimes stretch to about 30 minutes. However, that small inconvenience is a price I'm happy to pay for the level of care and flexibility they provide. For me, Integro is easily the top choice for medical cannabis in the UK.
CB1 Medical
June 2026
I have been a patient with CB1 Medical since the start of my journey, and I can confirm there are no hidden downsides to their service. If I were to nitpick, the typical wait time for my medication is roughly three to four working days once the invoice is settled. While I often see claims online of other clinics providing next-day delivery, I'm somewhat skeptical about how consistent those experiences actually are. One frustration I have is their formulary limitations. I frequently see patients from other clinics sharing photos of high-quality strains that simply aren't available to me. I understand that exclusive supplier contracts exist, but it feels somewhat unfair that access to specific medications varies so much when we are all operating within the same UK medical cannabis framework. It seems only right that all legal patients should have an equal selection. Ultimately, these are relatively minor grievances. I genuinely like CB1, even if they aren't flawless. In the current UK market, it seems every clinic has its own set of trade-offs, and you simply have to weigh the pros against the cons
Lyphe
June 2026
I previously utilized Lyphe for my medical cannabis needs, but the experience was consistently subpar. The primary issue was their complete lack of efficiency regarding fulfillment; the service felt unreliable and poorly managed compared to other clinics I've encountered. The most frustrating aspect was the significant delay between payment and delivery. On multiple occasions, I would pay for my prescription immediately, yet it would take nearly two weeks for the medication to actually arrive at my door. When you are relying on a consistent supply for health reasons, a fortnightly wait time after you've already handed over the money is simply unacceptable. Based on these persistent logistical failures, I found their service to be terrible and eventually had to seek a more professional alternative.
Mamedica
June 2026
My experience with Mamedica has been exceptional, and I haven't encountered any real problems. The only minor delay I experienced was following the first May bank holiday, but a slightly longer wait time during a holiday period is perfectly understandable. From a financial perspective, their long-term cost structure is a major selling point. After the initial stages, you only need one annual consultation costing £75. Even better, they waive these fees entirely for veterans or those receiving benefits through their Access Scheme. Their efficiency is also worth noting; despite the most recent bank holiday, my latest order arrived in just 48 hours, leaving me with zero complaints regarding speed. What I appreciate most is their patient-first philosophy regarding medication selection. They give you the freedom to choose specific strains and potency levels. This is the ideal approach, in my opinion, as it acknowledges that cannabis affects every individual differently.
Mamedica
June 2026
I decided to transfer from Releaf to Mamedica primarily because I was looking for a more extensive selection of medications. While I'm aware that other clinics might offer an even broader range, Mamedica's reputation was strong enough to make them my next logical choice. Having already tried Releaf, I felt comfortable testing the waters here, knowing I could always move again if it didn't work out. The onboarding process was impressive. My half-hour consultation was very detailed; the doctor carefully reviewed my medical history and my prior cannabis prescriptions. Once the appointment concluded, the internal approval and prescription phases moved along without any hitches. I've also been very pleased with their support team. Their digital portal is user-friendly and comparable to others in the industry. Notably, they don't issue a physical patient ID card like Releaf, but I find that irrelevant as long as you have your legal prescription on hand. Ultimately, I judge a clinic on three pillars: customer care, medication quality, and value for money. Mamedica is currently hitting the mark on all fronts.
Been with them almost a year and I've had fantastic service that just gets better. Fast delivery always next day, can order at 9am payment before 3.30pm and receive before 1pm next day. Can't fault them at all.
had a lot of issues at the start they really made me jump through hoops but since then ive not really had any issues or though the stock list is not always great
i joined this clinic about 18 months ago and overall the experience hasn't been bad it definitely isn't perfect but i would recommend to others. when i first joined the strain list wasn't great and out of an order of 6 items you would maybe get 2 good but as they've progressed i certainly get a lot less bad products. pricing was terrible for the first year i think i had to pay around £460 in appointments my first year but now it is free for life, there's also no delivery or clinic fees. i did have a few delivery issues again in the beginning but now its like clock work. i order on the tuesday pay on the wednesday and its delivered on saturday
Excellent service all round - I joined around a year ago and it took roughly 2 weeks start to finish to be approved, once approved my medication was listed for me to purchase, arriving next day and packaged really well. I started on 40grams and increased to 70 next appointment and finally 90grams. Staff here are pleasant and helpful, the only drawback can be stock comes in and out fast but thats just the game. I pay monthly initially I paid £10 but now £5 instead and get that £5 back in form of a discount for montu.
AIRMED. I switched clinic from Dispensed to Airmed as they offer My patient access discount scheme, at first I was unsure, but spoke to Tina at Airmed she answered all my many questions and let me take things at my pace, I had my initial appointment and once again very pleased at how professional and friendly the doctor was, she offered me a choice of medication. The patient dashboard allows you to see what is available for them to prescribe, it lists price and has a great filter system allowing you to narrow down your choice. Also allows to filter out medication not included in the MYPas discount scheme UPDATE. DELAYS IN SENDING OUT ORDERS IS BAD, TAKING 7 DAYS OR MORE FROM PAYMENT TO MEDICATION BEING SENT. I AM LOOKING AT CHANGING CLINIC DUE TO SLOW DELIVERY FROM MY DISPENSERY ALSO THEY DONT SUPPLY A COPY OF PRESCRIPTION UNLESS EMAILED THEN THEY SEND YOU A SCANNED COPY, I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DONT PUT IT IN WITH THE MEDICATION....Airmed themselves are good but the pharmacy my dispensery is very poor.
Come back to alternaleaf after a break from the medical scene. The £5 a month subscription is a bonus. Flower comes in and out of stock, have a good range of irradiated flower. Good customer service for me personally, always respond when needed. Consultations are easy and usually friendly, but do feel a little rushed, but hey.
My experience with Alternaleaf has been very positive overall. The onboarding process was straightforward, and the consultations felt professional and patient-focused. The clinicians took the time to understand my symptoms and treatment goals rather than rushing through the appointment, which made the whole process feel supportive and well structured. One of the things I appreciated most was the level of communication. The doctors and support staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable, helping make the process feel comfortable rather than intimidating. For many patients exploring medical cannabis treatment for the first time, that reassurance makes a big difference. Appointments are conducted online, which makes access far easier compared with traditional clinic visits. Prescriptions are arranged efficiently and medication is delivered in discreet packaging, which adds a level of convenience and privacy that patients value. Product availability has generally been good, with a range of flower and oil options depending on individual treatment plans. Pricing is relatively transparent, and the clinic appears willing to work with patients to help find options that fit their needs and budget. Like any growing service there can occasionally be small delays during busy periods, but overall the system has been organised and professional. My overall experience has been positive, and the clinic has made accessing medical cannabis treatment in the UK feel much more straightforward and accessible. For patients looking for a clinic that combines professionalism with a patient-centred approach, Alternaleaf provides a reliable and supportive pathway into medical cannabis care.
Excellent service from the very beginning . Understanding of my problems and coordinated accordingly. Very pleased.
Very easy to sign up and approved, customer service is good via live web chat and email, but had difficulty in calling them. Friendly staff. If you are new to Cannabis medication then this clinic is a good choice, it is very doctor led, you don't get much say in choosing your medication, however the doctor does listen and prescribe what they recommend. Personally I needed more freedom of choice as a experienced user, but if I had been new to this medication I would have appreciated the assistance.
Im really happy with this clinic, there doctors are really approachable and I think at £5 a month there cheap compared to most, you can email or call them at any time to make changes to your prescription and I've never waited more than a couple of days to receive it
I originally began my medical cannabis treatment with another clinic, but later chose to move so I could continue my care with Dr Sunny Nayee, who I had previously been under and trusted. Moving to Integro was a very straightforward process. I completed the online forms and submitted my medical information, and the transfer was handled smoothly. I had my consultation and received my medication within a couple of weeks. Since joining Integro, everything has been simple and reliable. Appointments are booked only when needed, repeat prescriptions are easy to request, and the pricing is clear and transparent — £49 for consultations and £10 for repeats. One thing I particularly appreciate is the wide choice of flowers available. Having access to a broader range makes it much easier to find strains that work well for my symptoms, rather than having to settle for limited options. The online system is very convenient. You can log in, select your prescribed medication, place your order, and have it delivered without hassle. Overall, my experience with Integro has been consistently positive. The process is efficient, the care feels well managed, and having continuity with a trusted doctor — alongside a strong range of available medications — has made a real difference. I would confidently recommend them based on my experience.
Medicann UK
June 2026
Medicaan took all the stress out of what I expected to be a complicated process. After sending in my documents, I received a phone call and everything moved incredibly quickly. I realised during the call that I still needed to provide proof of address, but even that was sorted on the spot while I was speaking with the doctor. By the time the day was over, everything had been approved, and just a few hours later I was able to place my medical cannabis order. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and refreshingly straightforward.
Cantourage Clinic
June 2026
My experience with them has been positive right from the very first phone call. Although the wait between my initial appointment and receiving my first prescription felt long, that delay wasn't caused by the clinic itself. I went into the first consultation feeling anxious and overthinking what I should say, but that turned out to be unnecessary. The appointment felt relaxed and natural — more like a genuine discussion than a formal assessment. Dr Matthew deserves special recognition. It's clear he's genuinely invested in his patients and takes real pride in the work he does. I opted for oils and vape cartridges. As someone with a fairly high THC tolerance, the initial oil strength wasn't quite right for me. I raised this at my follow-up, and the dosage was adjusted without any issues on my next prescription. One potential drawback is that their selection isn't as extensive as some other clinics. Personally, this hasn't affected me since oils are my preference anyway. Communication has never been a problem — I've always been able to get in touch when needed, and every staff member I've spoken with has been friendly, professional, and helpful. I have no connection to the clinic beyond being a patient. After spending two decades being prescribed countless medications, it's been eye-opening to finally realise the underlying issue was undiagnosed ADHD
Mamedica
June 2026
I've been with them for over a year now and the service has been excellent throughout. The strain selection is really big, with a dropdown list of 30+ options to choose from. I often spend days deciding what to order because there's so much variety, and I get the chance to try new strains every month. The experience has been consistently positive since switching
Curaleaf Clinic
June 2026
I moved away from Curaleaf after a series of frustrating experiences. Curaleaf regularly refused to prescribe a wide range of strains, particularly non-irradiated options that are clearly available. On one occasion, they accepted payment for my prescription without informing me that the medication was actually out of stock. I always make a point of calling ahead to confirm availability, yet I was still left waiting nearly two weeks before being told they couldn't supply my medication and that I would need to request a refund.
Alternaleaf
June 2026
As a newcomer to the process, I've been incredibly impressed with how seamless my journey with Alternaleaf has been since starting earlier this month. After completing both my pharmacist and doctor consultations, I was struck by how refreshing it felt to finally be treated by medical professionals who genuinely listen and understand your needs. The prescribing process was exceptionally straightforward. Because I was honest about my decade-long history of previous use, the doctor was completely comfortable with my level of knowledge regarding the risks and benefits. Rather than being restrictive, the physician took a collaborative approach, essentially letting me lead the conversation on dosage and strain selection. We had a great discussion where I was able to request specific strains I knew worked for me, while also receiving professional guidance on a suitable daytime option. The entire experience was stress-free, empowering, and far easier than I ever anticipated.
Jorja Emerson Centre
June 2026
My experience with Jorja Emerson has been remarkably positive, especially compared to the negative feedback I've seen from the past. Over the last year, their service has been consistently reliable; they've handled my prescriptions and strain changes efficiently, and scheduling appointments is never a hassle. Plus, the pricing is very competitive. The clinical team is professional and maintains a high medical standard, which I really appreciate given my difficult history with medications. Additionally, their partnership with Specials Pharma has been seamless, with every order arriving exactly when expected. Having navigated the frustrations of the general healthcare system before, I find their level of service to be a breath of fresh air. For anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and affordable experience, I can't recommend them enough
Mamedica
June 2026
Avoid Mamedica if you value your time and mental well-being. Following my January 2025 consultation, I was subjected to a 10-week ordeal defined by incompetence and broken promises. The lack of internal communication is staggering. While the MDT team claimed they were sending my prescription, the pharmacy insisted they had no record of it. I spent weeks in a frustrating cycle of daily follow-up calls, only to be met with "we'll call you back" assurances that were never honored. Being repeatedly told exactly what I wanted to hear just to get me off the phone was incredibly distressing. This wasn't just a delay; it was a total failure of service that left me feeling anxious and ignored. Save yourself the headache and find a clinic that actually follows through on its commitments
Integro Clinics
June 2026
Moving to Integro Clinics has honestly been a dream come true for me. One of the biggest reliefs was how they handled my last-minute travel plans; I was able to generate a travel letter through their website in seconds, which saved me so much stress. The convenience factor is huge for me. I can book my review appointments online without any hassle and almost always find a slot for the same or very next day. The practitioners themselves are fantastic—they really know their stuff and come across as true experts in the field. Because I get paid weekly, I prefer to order my medication in weekly instalments rather than all at once. Integro handles this perfectly, and my order consistently arrives the very next day, which is exactly the kind of reliability I was looking for. I did have a small technical issue with my login early on, but their team sorted it out quickly, and their email support has been great ever since. If you want a clinic that actually makes the process easy, I can't recommend Integro enough.
Alternaleaf
June 2026
I have found the medical staff, including the doctors and pharmacists, to be consistently excellent and professional in their approach. If I were to offer any feedback for improvement, it would be that their email support has felt a bit delayed lately. That said, calling them directly is always a viable alternative if you need a quicker answer. Their current product menu is also quite impressive, offering a solid variety of choices. [2][3] While I haven't tried their oils, I've noticed that vaping their flower produces a very subtle aroma and It is significantly more discreet than traditional smoking methods
